Am I qualified for disable venteran and what %?
Question:
Answer:
Are you just looking for money?
Had this been a legitimate claim, then when you got out of the military you would have gone directly to the VA for a complete physical and a review of your medical record.
It all depends...how long ago was this...did you make a copy of your medical record BEFORE you got out? Is all of this documented in it?
You have to pretty much prove that it happened while in the military.
Your best bet it to call the VA and see what they say. There are a lot of factors that go into it.
For former military, your grammar isn't worth a damn. Now, with that out of the way, go to your nearest veterans facility (Outreach Center) and talk to them. They can help you to arrange for an examination and put in the disability claim.
GOOD LUCK! And thanks for serving the country.
If you have reciepts, you should go to small claims with it.
I didnt know what your icon was at first. I thought it was a fetus lol. I love Popeye :)
I don't believe you will be entitled to any benefits as a disabled veteran; however, you may be eligible for SSI benefits. Contact your local Social Security Administration office.
