i have really bad vision and i'm only 14, but i was born with really bad eyes i'm wondering what can make my vision better would carrots actually help them, i've been using eye vision protection it says on the label it may help preserve eye health but i dunno if its actually going to work what else could be better, I don't think i'm old enough for lasik eye surgery so i need some suggestions.

Eat your carrots and protect your eyes, see an eye doctor.
it wont help you see better, you need glasses, lasik wont be done till you are in your 30s i would think.

cataract operation w'd save ur eyes n better vision.i think 14 yr old is enough 4 this sort of operation.u can try to consult any eye specialist nearby.of course,eating those fruits rich in vitamin A is a good help 4 ur eyes.(u won't wear glasses after cataract operation).
