Do Natural Vision correction methods really work? If so, which one(s)?

Question:
I've heard of EyeRobics, the See Clearly Method, and several others. I'm nearsighted and want to know if any of them work well for correcting my "distance" vision. Thank you.

Answer:
They will probably work for some people, it would depend on the cause of the visual problems. The only way to find out if they will work for you is to try them;
for me, the answer is yes. I studied natural vision improvement with Tom Quackenbush, author of Relearning to See (you can get it at nelsonsbooks.com. The website address is naturalvisioncenter.com. I took my first class about 6 years ago and many more since. While improving my eyesight naurally has been worth the time it has taken, it didn't happen fast for me. I have had a major improvement just this last week. I can now see close to perfectly clearly. Sometimes vision improves much faster. I had glasses for about 28 years before I studied Dr. Bates and others' methods. Also check out Aldous Huxley's book, The Art of Seeing. He was practically blind and studied Dr. Bates research and regain some of his sight. And read The Bates Method for Better Eyesight Without Glasses. Email me if you want more information. Good luck, worth it, I think!
