Can using a computer for about 4 hours per day mess up your vision?

Question: On 3/22/07 (yes tomorrow) I am getting the Lasik procedure done to correct my vision. I love to play computer games but I'm concerned that further use of my computer after the surgery may damage my vision again. Are my assumption false?
