Whats the highest they can do with lasik / lasek?
Question:
my vision is pretty bad well i think i remember something like +9.75 or somethig maybe thats a little higher not sure, have to ask doctor.
I have an astigmatisim also, not sure what that is either but i wear soft toric contact lenses....
i can see good in contacts but just wondering what they can do now with the whole vision correct ness stuff ....
also is their any other options, vocular implants or w.e ??
let me know, and let me know what typess of lasers / stuff they have coming out...

it all depends on if your cornea is deep enough...
they test your cornea to see if they have enough room to cut and burn (simple terms)
regardless of the astigmatisim ..cross your fingers and hope your cornea is deep.
I had my eyes done 1 year ago. +8.5 close it if not higher..

Actually LASIK would not be the safest option for you. The newest, latest and greatest option for you if you are a candidate for it would be what is called ICL, Implantable Contact Lenses. This procedure is quite advanced and is done by inserting a small contact into the actual eye and is reversable with age. It works awesome and is quite safe. Ask any opthalmologist and they should be able to refer you to someone in your area that preorms this. Expect it to cost around $9000 for both eyes total.
