There are many programs available that actually train your eyes to see better that do not require glasses, contacts, or surgery. You can search online for these types of materials...
It depends on why ur vision is not good in the 1st place.
But u could try some eye execises; start by rolling ur eyes then moving them as far as u can left, right, up & down. Then focus on something distant 4-5 meters (yards) away & try to see as much detail as u can. Then shift ur focus to something close such as the fine printing on some money in ur hand. Sift between focusing on objects at a distance & objects close up. Do these exercises each day & in a few weeks u should see some improvement. But it wont cure bad vision.
If your vision is poor because you are extremely nearsighted or farsighted there is nothing that you can do to improve vision. However, if you have poor vision because your eye muscles do not work properly or do not work well together you can try vision therapy. Good luck.
You can try doing exercises to improve your vision. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.
My vision is 20/400, which is really poor.
