What do i need to consider when drawing up a business plan?

ie stock costs, how much stock, how do you predict profit and turnover etc? what do you need to do first, business account or register yourself? and register yourself as what??? any helpful websites would be cool.

Do you watch "The Apprentice" on TV. If not, do so, it is very motivating and you can learn some lessons.

Many banks have start-up packs if you go in. i know Lloyd's TSB do.
