Does this suck?

Question:
How am I doing compared to other my age?
I currently have about 10,000 in land, 130k in stocks, 401k IRA and personel accounts, 15 thousand in cash and ownership in 2 rental properties worth about 500k. I dont own my own residenance yet as I live in Big city that I dont see myself staying here forever. I have 65k job plus 20-40k bonus and other options. Plus substanial raises every year. 10-15% I am only 24 and ideally would like to settle down into the suburbs and run a full service car wash after I have soaded my oats a little bit, and am in commited long term relationship. Am I doing ok? I want to continue to buy rental properties, then in 2-3 years leverage my equity to buy a service business. Is this possible. Am I just building a house cards that will collapse. I live in very expensive metroplitian area, I want to be millionare by 30. Is it possible?

Answer:
Why do you keep posting this question? Shouldn't you be off counting your money or something?
go be a millionare girl.
go be a millionare.
What is the point of this question? To show off all the money you have? Great. Guess what, you need more than money and property to be happy in life.
go get lost. You've posted this several times under different names. You're an idiot.
buy me a house so that you don't suck!
How many times are you going to ask this question? I just checked your profile and and you have asked this at least 20 times. Go find some attention somewhere else and quit spamming.
We all want to be a Millionaire by 30 but unless you are extremely lucky it wont happen that fast.
I did become a Millionaire by 40 and Multi-Millionaire by 50. I no longer have to work but I do have many investments that offer me a nice income. Investing in Real Estate is the way to go but it is the long term that serves the best. House Flipping is over. Rent them and they will pay themselves off and build your equity. Rentals are a huge headache but they are the best way to go. Keep them at least for 20 years.
The next best way to gain wealth is in owning your own business. I have owned many over the years and all have done well. The fastest way to make money in business is to start a business, build it up, and sell it within 5 year and then start the next one. The only way this works is to make sure it is making a profit, in a great location, and is something your city needs. You dont want too much competition.
Also an education is best over the long haul. Those with a college education are able to do more faster. It is looked at for loans, jobs, some busines venues and more. At least have a 4 year degree for the future.

And remember, being a Millionaire is not strong enough in this day and age to never have to work again or to be wealthy enough to buy what you want and desire. Back in the 1970's a Millionaire was fabulous, but in 2007, it is just mediocre at best. You must have at least 5 million to live well. There are many Millionaires out there than in the past. And you need to make your money generate more money all the time or soon you will use it up. Dont push just for money, push for the best life you can have.

Good Luck
You must know your doing fantastic !! I don't know of any 24 year old that has done as much as you have in such a short period of time !! If you keep this up you could possibly become a millionaire by 30 !! Way to Go ! Buying property is a great investment. It should never go down in value !! Remember location , location . Buy low and sell high !! Good Luck on your investments !!!
Yup, it sucks. Quit asking!
