Is it possible to transfer money from scottrade???

Question:
suppose i trade stock by using scottrade..and then i immediately want the money to be transfered to my bank account anywhere in the world .....will they do it???

Answer:
No one does immediate world wide bank transfers.

Scottrade is a little clunky in my experience. I still have to send paper checks to an office to fund my IRA.
Yes, but you may have to wait till the stock is cleared, but you have to have them link your bank account with your stocktrade account. I assumed you did that when you depostied the money or did you send them a check. If you did then to to transfer tab and transfer the money there, if not you will have to link them by following the instructions on the same page. good luck
NO, none of the on-line brokers have that ability. They will cut you a check which can take up to 5 business days.
immediately no (no one can) Scottrade will mail you the balance if there are no stock settlements involved the next day (if you request teh check by 2pm et) the check will be sent to your home address and you can cash it out at either your bank or the bank where the check was drawn. Most banks will not cash it if you do not have an account with them. Rip off check cashing places will though.
