I am new in the market industry, I would like to get some advice on how to sell stocks.?

Question:
I'm new to foreign stocks exchange and I will be working as an account executve who will be selling stocks for a minimum of 10k for 12 lots. Though I will be under training, I would like to get some practical advice on how to sell this out and for me to get a new account in just one month just to prove that they can actually retain me for the position. This is an opportunity for a career and intellectual growth, and I would like to give this a shot. I only know technical infos about the market, but I want to know how to practically use it.
Thanks so much for the attention.

Answer:
I would highly advise you to get the Series 7 curriculum and start studying if you truly want to understand the financial markets. They are not easy and take a lot of commitment and focus. I think your boss will be impressed to see you take such initiative. As for trading stocks you should think about opening an account with one of the discount retail broker dealers and allot yourself a small amount of money that you are prepared to lose. This will help you to better understand how trading works. Choose companies that you believe in and understand but still be prepared to lose money. There is no sure thing in trading but if you are smart about it and diversify, be disclipined and stay in it for the duration you could be smartly rewarded. I was a stock broker for many years and I am more than happy to give you and additional advice. It is a great business just be focused and learn as much as you can. Best Wishes!!
