Craziest stock to invest in?

Question:
I have a small brokerage account (0.25% of my net worth), which for various legal and tax reasons I cannot liquidate unless there was either a lot less or a lot more money in there.

So, what is the craziest stock I can invest in, such that it will either implode or explode in the next couple of years?

No penny stocks please - listed issues only.

Thanks!

Answer:
Kingimi Productions 2003-2007: Hip Hop, UK Grime/Garage, R&B Music Production Company. I am the manager of company and I am looking for a new investment which will be used for extra promotion.
History: Our promoters have used only free promotion tools and during the last 3 and a half years, we have acquired over £/$10,000. We are now looking for funds to use for paid promotion which is predicted to generate around $100.000 a year. Please take a listen to the styles of our music on our websites and we will also answer any questions asked if you care to write us an email or reply on this website. Thank You

Wow, you're certainly in a unique situation.

I've never come across someone who had to make an "all or nothing" bet...so enjoy your chance to make a fun stock pick!

Honestly, I'm not one who watches small cap. companies, so I can't recommend any specific stock to keep your eye on.

If I was in your situation, I would love to invest in a leveraged index like SSO. As you're probably aware of, it imitates the general movement of the stock market with increased power (mainly through buying on margin). It's like the stock market on steroids!

Basically, the index is a multiple 2X the direction of S&P 500. It's absolutely amazing how it works...during an up market you'll make twice as much as you'd normally would investing in just an old average index fund.

There's even a leveraged index out there that's a 2.5X multiple of the S&P. Again, fantastic returns in an up market.

Be optimistic, pray, and bet it on this index! Since returns for the S&P in the last few years have been around 20% (forget that rather confusing "12% average" assumption) you could easily make 40% on that investment or better in this year alone.

Good luck.
Try buying short term out of the money call or put option on a biotech stock. This strategy is sure to get you where you want to go.

If I had to buy a single stock to make a lot more it might be difficult depending on the time frame and the amount of capital you are willing to invest.

If you are going to take one shot and can wait for a little while, then I would hang out for Visa's IPO and put all my money into their stock. If it behaves half as well as Mastercard you'll easily double.

If you really want to get crazy, then go all in on Apple's stock options for January 2008 Call at 200. This call option would expire worthless on the third Friday in January if not sold or exercised. It will cost you around 100 per contract (control 100 shares per contract) and if they make it even near 200 then your gain would be astronomically. (A similar bet with 8500 in a fake account traded up to 70000 in two months).

They have the iPhone, iTV, expansions to iTunes, and are continuting to expand strategic alliances with key partners in important industries. They just recently gained 10% of the market for computers and as their products take hold in the consumer markets, the computer sales should gain even more dramatically. Computers are also their highest margin product.!
Good luck and I hope it works for you!
If you really want to make an all or nothing gamble, your best bet is to use stock options.
For example an option to buy 100 shares of Apple stock at 125 by June 15th is worth $184. If Apple goes to (say) $130 before then you'll more than double your money. If it doesn't hit $125 by that date (its at about $121 now) the options will expire worthless. Enable option trading on your account and buy accordingly. For maximum fun, buy options for a stock that has an earnings release a day before options expire.
