Are they the same people who give Africans their bank account numbers so they can be a part of a huge financial transaction? Are they all secretly wealthy? Are their penises enlarged because they buy their prescriptions off the net? They've got to work, or people wouldn't do them...right?

Well, it all goes back to the age old expression, "there's a sucker born every minute". So some people have to learn the hard way that there are people out to get you. Also, when it comes to investing, people let their greed, emotions, hopes, etc. take over and stop thinking, so this also makes it easier for them to fall for these scams.
