Is it possible to get a job where you can be honest and where theres no racism or bullying in London?

I am a hard worker but every job I have had I have been asked to do something dodgy or being bullied or not paid if I refused, Had to beg for overtime/Racial/Religious bullying/work sabotaged for working too hard or taken advantage of(Royal Mail)Had to ignore dodgy goings on by being threatened(Virgin) and being harrassed because I didnt like RAP music and called a racist, extreme prejudice, theft of letters and parcels from the Post Office, supervisor justified stealing from VIRGIN(Richard Bransons got lots of money he wont miss it) dodgy tradesmen, shoddy quality control, certain races getting paid more and others having to beg to be paid, bullying bullying bullying, scams, racism, threats, theft of my property when I refused to let stolen stock be booked on my account, no wonder most people choose to stay on the dole!

A lot of issues here, i'll try answer as many as i can.

Corruption and fraud are are rife in all jobs it is not a racial thing. You could be working in a city job with white collar office workers and see some shocking levels of fraud and corruption going on. You could be working with a cashier stealing peoples credit card details or a warehouse worker changing delivery quantities and hiding things in the rubbish utside to collect himself later that night.

It's just the world we live in. People are ruled by money and greed.

However if you are being denied being paid because you will not do something dodgy then you need to gather as much evidence as possible (photos, video camera etc) and report it to the police.

Regarding certain races getting paid more, that's a fallacy. People always negotiate their wages (even if doing the same job) and some people negotiate better at it than others, it's not a race thing. But your discontentment and feelings of racial tension may make you believe that it is.

The short answer is corruption is everywhere, the only way to get away from it would be to do a job that does not involve handling things of high monatary value e.g. be a vet, hospital worker, fireman, police officer.

If you are still being bullied then ask them to stop if not then report it to a manager. If you manager is bullying then go over his head to his boss. If no one will listen to you then seek advice from an employment tribunal.

Remember to always have eveidence to back any claims you have of bullying (a voice recorder in your pocket works great too).
