I've heard that an exchange exists as to how one gets access to it? I have no clue and the last I heard there's no electronic infastructure in place therefore there will be lags in recieving and giving information. Another quetsion being what is the condition of their legal system because you're going to need that if investments go wrong.
While I would assume there would be great opportunities in place within that country I wouldn't do anything with the money simply because of the huge amounts of risk involved until the situation becomes more stable .
