Does your company still have Employee Stock Purchase with lookback pricing?

Question:
Our company's doing away with two year lookback pricing because it's expensive and now has to be accounted as a hit to cash. They said "everyone's doing this" and is recommended by the consultants. Is this in fact a trend?

Answer:
The companies do what they do to save money.

Saving money is trendy.
