Can You Purchase Penny Stocks from any Broker??

Question: Do all brokers sell penny stocks, or is there one or two specific brokers that specialize in Penny Stocks? I have an account at Olde Discount Brokers, but I thought before I ask them, I would pop the question to the world. Many thanks..
