This is from the TOS agreement. They most likely suspended your account because they felt you violated it in some way.
14. TERMINATION
You agree that Yahoo! may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Yahoo! account, any associated email address, and access to the Service. Why don u try calling up the customer care? Go for buying a yahoo mail plus account... and tell them that u want the old ac to be turned into this scheme. Might work. Just a guess.

Surely u must have some idea why they have suspended you? They wouldn't just cut u off without any warning, surely? Try ringing customer services, cant think of anything else.
