Anyone familiar with VSP.is (Verdbref Sparijossins) in Iceland? Stock brokers. Have a new account with them and need instructions setting up user name and password to log in. Can't get response from their brokers.

I don't have experience with them. Not sure if you have their web site address or not. Just in case, I've listed it in the sources below.
If you have tried to contact them about this issue and they are not responsive, my advice is do not deal with them. Any company which does not value servicing its clients should be sent a message. Close your account and take it elsewhere. There is lots of competition in the brokerage business these days and lots of it online as well. Do not settle for terrible service.
