Answer:
FASB not part of the government.
SEC is
New York Stock Exchange is not.
I don't know what AAA you mean but that is also not part of the government.

An easy way to tell is google it an if their home page is .gov then it is government if not then it is not.
FASB is .org where as SEC is .gov
