I own stock in what was USAIRWAYS (UAIRQ) I lost touch with it. What happened to it?

I look at my Scottrade account and found a mesage "stock delivered out." I'm not sure what that means.

As of September 27, 2005, US Airways emerged from Chapter 11 protection. Pursuant to the Plan of Reorganization filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, all shares in US Airways Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: UAIRQ) were cancelled upon emergence. The common stock of America West (NYSE: AWA) was converted into the newly issued stock at a ratio of 0.4125 shares of the new US Airways stock (NYSE: LCC) for each share owned of AWA.

Maybe they merged... you should got the warning earlier.
