You can only do it by wire, check or direct deposit from your bank account. Why would you want to take money off your credit card to invest? That's is one goofy move my man.
If you still want to do it that way, you will have to call your credit card company and get them to put the funds in your bank account. From there, you can deposit it into ameritrade account.
You cannot invest somebody else's money in the Stock Market.
