Question:
I am the only surviving child. I'm named exicuter of estate as well as- home reciptant, bank accounts owner, stock/bond owner.--in essence, owner of all assets. Some named in will were to receive assets on a percential basis. Two of five such named are fileing suit claiming they were paid too little. We have proven they have been paid proper amount (actually a little too much.) I have had to pay a lawyer to represent me in this case. The case is unfounded and could have been setteled/made clear out of court. How can I compel them to pay my lawyer fees? Thank You.
