What happened to the three original judges on American Inventor?

Question:

Why did Sara, George and Jim replace them? What are doing now?

Answer:
My guess the reason why Sara, George and Jim are replacing them is because the show didn't get high enough ratings and they are looking for higher ratings or they all have something else that they have signed on too.
