Question: I have an Invention and I need to get it patent. Does anybody know where I can go and where I won't get ripped off. My Idea is perfect what the american family needs in there home

Go to a patent-attorney. If you can't afford it wait until you can. It roughly cost US$ 3000. A patent attorney depend on its reputation, they will not rip you off. If you feel that way, bring a mp3 player and record the conversation. But they do not rip you off. The companys producing WILL rip you off.
