Question:
Answer:
The History of Computers
history of computers
"Who invented the computer?" is not a question with a simple answer. The real answer is that many inventors contributed to the history of computers and that a computer is a complex piece of machinery made up of many parts, each of which can be considered a separate invention.
This series covers many of the major milestones in computer history (but not all of them) with a concentration on the history of personal home computers.

CHARLES BABBAGE IS THE INVENTOR OF COMPUTER
well first computer like component recorded was by chineese i.e. abacus modern computer was developed by charles babbage
The concept of electrical computing was brought forth by "Charles Babbage" through his invention "The Analytical Engine" it was somewhat a model of a mechanical computer. Through analytical engine he forwarded the idea of all the fundamental feature of the modern computer. And that is why he is considered as the "Father of Modern Computer".
After that several scientista worked on this pricipal and with continuous evolution and development the present "Modern Computers" came in to existance. There was no sole inventor of the computer it was the result of hundreds of developments by the efforts of many scientists.
Still we consider "Charles Babbage" as the "Father of Modern Computer".
Good Luck!
Blaise Pascal is usually credited for building the first digital computer in 1642.
Charles Babbage known to some as the "Father of Computing" for his contributions to the basic design of the computer through his Analytical machine. 1833: began work on the Analytical Engine
