I need to do a book report on the black inventor John Lee Love?

he invented the pencil sharperner i have been looking all over the internet trying to find infromation on him but the places i went only says he invented the pencil sharperner but i need his life story all his backgrond information.

Wow, I have searched at least 20 sites and they all talk more about the invention than they do the man. The only personal info. I found was the fact that he was living in Fall River, Mass. at the time. All other sites like I said talk about the patent and stuff. This might be a very short book report. Sorry I couldn't help you more.

P.S. To make your report longer you might want to mention another African-American Mr. Henry Baker who worked at the U.S. Patent office during the late 1800's /early 1900's.
