Does any vehical on the market have the function to aircondition your car when the car is not on w/no keys in?

Question:
I have 2 dogs that I like to travel with but can't alway take with me due to not being able to leave them in the car when it's warm outside. Puts a hamper on day trip traveling with having to find dog sitters and all.
I did see a kid on "American Inventor" that had a portable solar powered thing just for that purpose and they totally shot him down.
Anyway, is there a car that can cool the air while off? Any car, don't care the cost.

Answer:
the first guy has it. the engine must be running to turn the compressor. Unless there is some kind of electric compressor out there, but that would take an outrageous amount of electricity. so i dont imagine there is one.
No, because the engine needs to be on to turn the compressor.

On a hot day you should never leave pets in the vehicle. Same goes for a child. Engines can stall while you're away and then you're pets would overheat to put it nicely.
Even with motorhomes and remote starters. Engines can not be guaranteed to work. Use caution, small spaces heat up very quickly under the sun.
You can have a remote start kit installed. The motor will run and thus the ac will work, but the vehicle wont move until you put the keys back in the ignition.
If you love traveling that much, Go out and buy yourself a motor home. These have separate cooling and heating systems and you can even get them with generators so the pets can watch TV while your out. Hope I have been helpful
