Go find the book Curly Girl. It's available on Amazon. I have very curly/frizzy hair too and it totally changed the way I care for my hair. I have nice soft curl now and no frizz at all. It's never looked better - after I spent a lot of years straightening it and hating it. Lots of good advice on how to cut, wash and style to get the kind of hair you want. It's a lot less work to care for now too.
To get what you want, you sort have to go beyond just the styling products, though they are part of it. Anyway, this worked really well for me.
garnier soft curl creme
Garnier Fructis Soft Curl Cream works wonders for my hair. It is made from a cream, not a gel, so your hair will not be crunchy!
Try it, I bet you'll love it. Only about $3 at Wal-Mart.

try suave s anti frizz cream its like 3 bucks and works better then any other cream i used put it on after u wash your hair i skip the cond. and it works as a smoother and anti frizz my friend with kinky hair loves this stuff she doesnt even bother straighting it
Aveda's "Be Curly" Curl Enhancer. It costs about $17 per tube, but it is quality stuff and a little bit goes a long way.
try n e product w/ olive oil
john frieda's frizz serum works well after you get out of the shower, or a smoothing type of product that helps with fly aways and frizz

I feel your pain! I have curly frizzy hair too!! I have actually found that using Aussie's Moist Shampoo and Conditioner and I use Garnier's Curl and Shine leave in conditoner and it really helps alot, I just put the leave in conditoner in after I towel dry my hair then I blow dry it like normal and there is hardly any frizz at all, and my hair is soft and smooth all day!
