1st you should be asking how will you promote your product. do you have a campaign? what are the mediums that you are going to use.
2nd do you have the system to answer inquiries to your promotion? how are you gonna handle calls? emails? have you set these up?
3rd do you have in place distribution channels to deliver your product? have you considered the costs involved?
Have you thought about creating a website and selling your product that way? Basically speaking you would take the product orders via your website and ship the products to your customers' addresses.
