carwashes. traditional and old-school, yet it still manages to collect lots of money.
Well it depends on what you are doing. Some fundraising causes are worthy of just cash donations. If you think that it is a worthy cause, then you can ask for just money. If it is to help you join the volley ball team, not to many people will pay you. However if you are doing it to help a charity, or make yourself a better person by going to some sort of seminar or such, you may ask for money to help pay expenses or save lives.

my son's school had a "fun run".every class ran around rhe gym for 15 minutes,it did not mtter how many laps the kids made.pledges were made on donating a dollar for every lap made. they evengot the kids in wheelchairs involved so it was fun for all.to keep track of laps there was a starting point, every time the child ran past the point, they were given a rubber band.at the end we counted the rubber bands and on the pledge sheet we put how many laps were acomplished. i thought this was a great idea because there was no pressure to do well, all the kids did great.to avoid mayham,we brought i class in at a time.
