Does anyone know of a college scholarship for someone who has mentally disabled or drug user parents?

Nothing specific but most grants which you don't have to pay back, are based on financial need, disabilities, and if your in some minority group which often includes mental disabilities and maybe drug abuse.
Be an independent student. The only way you will appreciate an education is if you pay for it yourself. Apply for grants, scholarships, student loans, and get a job. That is the way honest people do it!
Check with the financial aid office at your school.
