I was born/raised in CA, but am going to college in HI this year. will i have to pay out of state fees...?

Question: if i move back to CA and go to college there?

Answer:
To be a legal resident in Hawaii, you must have lived there 12 consecutive months. It sound like you will be paying out of state tuition. If you go to college in CA, you should be paying resident fees because if you are not a resident of HI, then you are of CA.
