Answer:
If they can get good scores on the ACT or SAT, they can get money that way. If they are from poor families, they can get federal money (go to the FAFSA website, fill out forms, submit to colleges). There are scholarships if they can prove a disability (even a mental disability), like if a psychiatrist had to treat them for depression and other problems.
