I'm the recipient of The Wings Club Scholarship year 2006-2007. I will be attending a ceremony/dinner. I visited the website, and have been told that it's a very formal ceremony/dinner. I have never been to this kind of occation.
I don't know how I should dress. It has to be a formal dress but my status is a student and not any professional people. I tried to search how the recipient in the past dressed like but couldn't find anything.
I wonder it should be a formal dress, like a knee-length dress, or it should be a gown, full-length evening dress.

Treat it like a formal business meeting. The knee-length will do nicely.
