What are the Scholarship options for doing Masters in Financial Economics at Oxford University (in this case)?

My friend's daughter, who has had a brilliant academic and co-curricular record, has secured admission for doing MFE at Oxford. She's from India, and did her Engineering at NUS (National University of Singapore) with a Scholarship, and is working for the last few months at a leading Investment Bank in Singapore.

Normally, she would have got a prestigious Scholarship like the Rhodes Scholarship, but most of such scholarships have an eligibility requirement that if the student is an Indian, she must have graduated from an Indian University, and she hasn't. Being an Indian, she can't apply as a Singaporean either.

She can't pursue the program without a scholarship, given her financial condition. What scholarship options does she have?

Scholarship is a better way to get money for your education. There are many programms offering scholarships and government grants offering money for educatio.
