Who can receive Army Rotc Scholarships?

Question: I really need help with this question. I am a Naval Reservist. I've been in for a year now and in my 2nd year of college. I really wanna become a medical officer but the navy doesn't offer very much for reservist. If I take an Navy ROTC scholarship it is very unlikely that I will be able to go into medicine for 4years. As a reservist in the Navy can if I qualify can I apply for an Army ROTC scholarship?

You can in the army so I don't know why you couldn't with the navy. Call up the school and ask them directly.
