Yes I do agree only if there are guidelines for those that take advantage of it. They must maintain certain grade level probably middle or higher. They must not commit a crime. Must not have a history of drug abuse and probably a few others. It should only be for college expenses and not for daily living. Not something for nothing.
Hmmmm, sounds like a good idea. Propose it to your Congressman.
College system is fine. We need to be more concerned about
k-12 schools.
Let the states handle it. Why force states to participate if they don't want to?
I am personally opposed to all lotteries. They are nothing more than a false hope for the poor and stupid.
I like our current system that allows anyone to get either grants or student loans garunteed by the government. The only difference I would make is to make the loans 0% interest.
Sound suspiciously socialistic to me. We as capitalistic imperialist Americans shouldn’t be handing out free education. Education should be the chattels of those who can afford it. Those that can not should remain poor and ignorant. They are born to be the human resource fuel that the educated denizens of our great country will consume on the march to the pinnacle of their capitalistic existence.
