UC Berkeley. It has an outstanding academic record and is in a great location.
U of Washington is in Seattle. It too is a good school in a good location, but some would find it just too rainy.
U of New Hampshire isn't bad, but they have real winter there. Winter in Berkeley is on a Thursday afternoon.

Which U Washington are you referring to? If its Washington University in St. Louis, I would definitely choose that school. But if it's not, then Berkeley would be the best by far. Awesome weather, great facilities, and the best academics. UNH would probably suck the most because there's nothing to do in New Hampshire. An important thing about college is location, it's important to be in a cool city to just be able to relax and get off the campus for just a day. UC Berkeley = California! = Awesome.
