i was a really jacked strong musclar kid played football and was on the wrestling team
i ate 3 bacon sausage egg and cheeses in the morning 5 protein drinks a day 5 bagels for lunh and pasta every night a huge pllate
i was hard as a rock never soft because of the school sports
i graduated worst thing ever
i stilla te like that but i got a scholarship for wrestling to college and decided o take a year off
i still ate like that because i was used to it
i noticed i was getting some mid section blubber but i thought it wasnt much and i still ate
physical came and said i put on 52 pounds i was still musclar in the arms but a bloated gut
my pants i was changing like toliet paper they fit one week and a month they were squeeze tight
i went to college and the wrestling coach looks at me
coach-this isnt somo wrestling there no way your under the limit
i we'd in 40 pounds above limit
i went to a 2 year reunion every1 pokin my gut say'n i put on weight- 502

It is not that uncommon.It is really simple math. Reduce your calorie intake and increase your physical activity. Luckily guys usually take off weight allot faster. Stop eating junk food and give your body good fuel to burn. I am sure you know what good foods to eat. Increasing your protein intake and start engaging in cardiovascular activities. I am sure you Will overcome this if you take care of yourself now while you are Young. Find a sport you can do on a regular basis. Good luck.
you get older, your metabolism slows down, everything you eat takes its toll. if you're overweight, reduce your caloric intake, if you are underweight, increase. excercise has no alternative. go take a walk every once in awhile. there's also something called atrophy which means that the less you use something, it deteriorates. its like a underuse injury.
