What about your college? Does it offer scholarships to students who maintain a certain GPA? What about the honor societies or student associations in your school? Do they offer scholarships? You should talk to your counselor and see if there are any scholarships that your college offers for which you can apply. In addition, your financial aid office should carry a list of outside entities and sponsors who offer scholarships, grants or fellowships to students who attend your college.
Did you not qualify for HOPE? Does that mean you don't have a "B" average?
Your best bet is to go to your school to check out scholarship opportunities. My kid's school publishes each school scholarship and the criteria.
Once you select your major then there are departmental opportunities.
Most of the scholarships are granted before school starts. Odds are, if you haven't heard yet, you don't have the scholarship. Based on your grammatical usage in your question, I have doubts that you will.
