I am wondering if there is a program/organization for college students to apply for donated cars?
Question:
Public Transportation take time out of the day that restricts my work hours. This makes so most employers are not interested in highering me. I did work for a while, but it constantly interfeared with my school work. For a few months I worked instead of going to school. Almost gave up no school becuase what funds I had had dried up.
Some family firends offered to pay for my tution and I am able to continue my classes. However, more then they can give is need for a car and insurance really. Currently it is a Catch-22 for me: Need a job to get a car, need a car to keep a job.
If there is anything out there where I can essentially get a "free" car then my life will be much simpliar. Also, I'm SOL withour a car once I have my associate's.
Answer:
Never heard of such a program, but you can start one.
beats me-2 points!
13. And no.
you could try applying for a federal grant. Often times (depending on the need and availible resourses) The federal grant will get sent on to private and public businesses. These businesses make grants depending on how well your application is filled out. This is a little difficult, because the criteria for most corperation to grant money is extremely demanding, not to mention, they get very very personal. Some corperations might give what is called a differed loan, which simply means, you pay back the money when you can. They usually let the loan go for 10 years. Caution: if you start paying the loan, don't stop paying until its paid off. You will be charged with fraud on a federal level. Good luck buddy
