What do you think about having to pay so much for a college education and other schools according (details..)?

The college I want to go to costs $70,000! T.T. I know some people who want to become doctors and medical school costs so much.
Why must we pay so much for a college education?
Answer:
My last two years for my Bachelor's are going to cost me $36,000. Supposedly, when I have my BA, I should be charging $50 an hour for graphic art and design. I should be charging $25-30 now, but with the steep competition, I only charge $15. Funny is that companies around here want to higher starting below $10 with a BA.
I have no idea why it costs so much, the professors and instructors barely contribute to the classes in my field. They just grade and give opinions on finished work, but at my level, the students are coming up with all the ideas and assignments without any directions from the professors.
Its a realistic cost of what you get during your education.
because unfortunately there is no limit to what these schools charge for. i cant imagine the price they will charge when my kids will go . i probably will have to sell everything
Its a ransom. The more you pay for your education, the higher potential you have for getting a good paying job. I make really good money for a high school grad, but that's becasue I work hard, and started when the company was small. Now that we are global, I couldn't even get my own job without a bachelors degree. I think its stupid. I'm the only one at my worksite that can do what I do, and I can't go anywhere else and make the same money, so I am stuck. And now, they are paying poverty wages to start with a bachelors degree. I don't get it.
Mine is a total of 120gs, I must say I'm sort of going to a religous affliate college. So that's why it cost so much, it is also a small insutition.
What you pay is what you get you can say.
And haveing a college education, gives you the chance to make the big bucks later on in life and pay off those horrible student LOANS. Is it worth it yes.
