What are the best paying full time jobs for me?
Question:
I have no qualification really, been working mostly bad paying, hard working jobs with no benefits since I was 16, I am 21 now.
Answer:
Brother, you have a whole lott of the same hard-working, low paying, benefit deficient jobs to come unless you make the change and seek different. I would say that a federal, city and county or state job can give you a good start. Also as far as high pay you can never beat in the private sector, long shoremen pay (dock workers) for the average guy.
Owning your own business is going to give you the most benefits and rewards in the long run if you choose the right type of business (being married to your business - with no free time is no fun either). Of coarse you will be responsible for everything, but then you can afford to do those things because you're making a killing!

Do you love music? Have you ever thought about getting certified and becoming a music teacher? Also, if you play an instrument, can you start a wedding band, or a business related to your talents?
(Guys - sorry about the GED - momentarily forgot that the poster had already completed HS and some college.)
Also, maybe try passing the civil servants exam and working as a postal worker, county clerk (I know, I know) but the benefits are great.
I would suggest a retail music instrument stores that need sales or demo help- lots of them need help that know music!
I would take a class or two each semester until you are finished with college.
PK: Why in the world would a HS grad who has some college need a GED?
Based on your history, try going to community college and taking up a trade.. you can also look at trade schools (but beware many are scammers) .. The reason is you need to specialize in something in order to be able to command some real money. My mechanic charges $60/hr and he didn't even finish high school but he knows a trade.. That's the fastest way short of starting your own business,
