My BABY DADDY'S MOM HATES ME!! help?!?!?!?

Question:

I began dating Jeff when I was 15 and I fell in love with him fairly quick. We began having sex when we were 16 and I had what I thought was a close relationship with his mother. She knew that we were having sex and often teased up about overhearing us do it. To make a long story short I got pregnant soon after my 17th birthday. I was devistated because I was a junior in high school ,but I knew I had to own up to my responsiblity and I wanted to keep the baby. I thought that I would have support from Mrs. Wilson but I was wrong. She was upset b/c Jeff is getting looked at from colleges for football scholarships and she began voicing that I WANTED to get pregnant as a ploy to keep him with me. She began calling me a 's**t' 'whore' 'b***h' you name it! The last straw was when she tried to pay for me to get an abortion! I cursed her out and we almost fought! I have recently had Brianna and Jeff has been a very good father to her, but his mother is still a b***h to me! what should I do?

I know you aren't married, but that's what you need. good group session family/ marriage counciling. and a marriage.

Leave the mother alone. Raise your baby the best you can, and if she continues to bother you, let her know. If she goes over the edge, contact the police and consider getting a restraining order. My friend (who was 11) got a restraining order for 15 feet away @ all times. If she's a minor and you're not, you should eb able to.

Sometimes mothers act like this because they want their children to accomplish things they did not themselves. She probably just feels that you becoming pregnant ruined her son's future. She's bound and determined to prove she's not going to allow your baby to stand in the way of his future since you mentioned she's still checking about colleges for her son. She sounds more like she's in denial. She is denying that baby is her son's child. But you know what? She can't do this forever and if she does, well she's the one going to miss out on her grandchild's life. ;o) hang in there and try not to allow her to bother you. ;o)

You better make Jeff stand up for you and stop being such a mama's boy. He's the one sleeping with you not her. As for the baby's paternity, go on Maury and make her apologize in your face when he says that Jeff is the father.
