Question:
I have a big question ! My husband is from Texas. I am from Maryland. Being that he is in the military I have to claim his state of residency as my own. I will be attending a online college from Colorado. Does my criteria enable me to apply for scholarships for texas residence ? and would I be considered a permanant resident being that I have to claim Texas for as long as my husband is military ?
Answer:
ask your husbands senior officer or someone at the base you fall under alot of differant categories not scolarships but grants.you don't want bad advice to make you miss free $$$.it's complicated
when i did my son's research we almost got lost in the papers and we're civilians so work with a base counselor good luck, be encouraged, and GOD bless
