I checked my october act score, it was very bad. Can i still take the decmeber act.?

You'll need to check with the individual programs. Some of them tend to be more flexible than others. However, when you do retake the test (and don't just go for the ACT, try the SAT, too!) make sure that you come better prepared - learn everything you can about the test, practice managing your time better, and get help on the parts of the test you found particularly challenging.
