$11,562.50 is what residents pay. If you are not American but live legally on that state I think you will pay that per semester. But if you dont live in that state you will probably pay double that more less.
That will depend on your residence (City, County) and if you are bringing Credit Hours From International College you will probably pay more then students taht have lived there in township! May depend how long you have been in the U.S., I might suggest talking to a counselor and see if they can help you!

There are a lot of scholarships available. I suggest going to Google and conducting a search from there. I actually won a $5,000 scholarship about a year ago, and I recently found another contest by the same company for a $10,000 scholarship. It's free to enter, so there's no reason not to.
