no, not a dumb question. But, I think that is way there are scholarship and endowments b/c of rich people.
Well, first of all, 100,000 dollars is NOT enough for a four-year college education. Secondly, make sure your parents are involved. Thirdly, in solution to your question, you can apply for a grant or, if you ply sports, try to get into a college on that. Also, you ca find many financial help webs and groups that will be only too happy to assist you.
My job paid for my B.A. degree. I have government loans for grad school.

There are a lot of scholarships available. I suggest going to Google and conducting a search from there. I actually won a $5,000 scholarship about a year ago, and I recently found another contest by the same company for a $10,000 scholarship. It's free to enter, so there's no reason not to.
