Any creative storage ideas for a college student, who has ALOT of clothes, but limited space?

Question:
..While going to college I decided to rent a small efficiency than living in the dorms. Anyways, my problem is the small space & where to put my clothes. Most of my them are still in a suitcase & others, are crammed into a small closet. I was thinking of getting some sort of a small dresser, because I have less than 4 ft of room space on the one wall, but 1 major factor is that I don't have much money to work with (afterall Im in college) & the small dressers at Walmart & Target are over $70. I also dont know the city well enough to go looking for garage sales, & its around winter & they don't have very many. Since Im renting, I cannot build any sort of shelving or make holes in the walls, without paying for it when I move out. I was also thinking of plastic containers, but its too much of a hassle unless they have drawers on them & all I can find with drawers on them are too small. Any ideas of what I could do or where I could shop for something cheap? I live in Little Rock, btw.

Answer:
How about - DITCH SOME OF THE CLOTHES
Hang up as much as you can on plastic hangers. Put folded stuff that you can't hang up together and see it you need to keep all of it or can maybe donate some of it. Put the sock and underwear and bras in a small cheap plastic or cardboard dresser from Walmart.
My mom taught me how to do a "working wardobe" before college. It means you have ten pieces of clothing that all mix and match and I swear by it and I never wear the same thing more than once a week.
Check the website below:
You could get a bunk bed, sleep on the top and hang clothes in the bottom. Or, since money is a problem, just elevate the bed on wood blocks to fit bigger boxes underneath.

Is there a goodwill or other thrift store nearby? I've bought dressers for $15.00 from them.
I got sum of the greatist tips for u...get boxes to store things under your bed. doesnt matter how tall the boxes r, because u can just get a pair of some pretty strong sciccors and cut them so they can easily slid in and out from under your bed. dont forget to cut a small hole on one side of the box 2 make it easier to pull out. if u wanna know sum more tips email me...keep your grades up college student
Im looking at fitting out my very tinny cupboard in the hallway.
its tall but very narrow.

So this might help..
Ikea is a store here.. i know they are international.
but if not something like Ikea might help.
They have frames you can buy and set it up how you like.
to either hang clothes off or set up a few baskets to fold your clothes in.
the baskets pull out like draws .. very handy for putting things away in tiny spots.

It might be helpful.
The only idea that came to my mind is to donate most of your clothes. Be honest with your self. Most of that clothes, you just keep it for a just in case occasion. The truth is, you always wear the favorite jeans, the favorite t-shirts and polos, etc.
Give away, concentrate in your studies and not on your closet.
