What would u do, keep the higher paying job or take another stable job?

Question:
so here's my delema. I got a job very laid back paying $18.00 an hour, very easy laid back place. Now being in california without a college degree thats pretty good pay. But its thru a temp agency and i dont think they bring ppl on as a permanent basis. There's a girl thats workd here for 8 months and is still concidered a temp. So theres no benifits with this job. But know i have a chance at a job thats direct to hire with benifits but only pays $15.00. With either job I can afford to pay my bills and everything, but with all my jobs i've never been paid this much. What should i do, i need some advise here!!
Take the job with the benefits. It'll add up to a lot more than the job without. If you plan on starting a family or as you age, this is the best choice.
You are being paid more because you do not have benefits and the privilege of saying you have a permanent job.
It is easier to downsize by hiring temps. Being a temp may affect you at some point in the future if you attempt to get a loan (for example a new vehicle). Finance companies do not like to loan money to individuals working as a temp.
I would recommend you stay with the temp, if you did not have a firm job offer, because financial rule--money today is worth more then money in the future. A firm job offer is a long term commitment and overtime will provide a more secure income source. Also, consider the following if you are paid for two weeks vacation and six holidays at $15.00 an hour, your actual work income is close to $16.00 an hour, though the annual income is $31200. If you get free group life insurance and free medical insurance you will be making more than $18.00 an hour in salary and beneifts.
It is your life and your choice, sometimes the choices we make are not what we thought, but that is what makes life an wonderful adventure.
